Welcome to LearnNova Kids. These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the LearnNova Kids mobile app and related services.

By using LearnNova Kids, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About LearnNova Kids

LearnNova Kids is an educational app designed for children and families. The app includes learning games, activities, and optional grown-up-managed subscription features.

2. Grown-Up Supervision

LearnNova Kids is intended to be used by children with the involvement and supervision of a parent or guardian. Purchase options, subscription management, external links, and account-related actions are intended for grown-ups.

3. LearnNova+ Subscription

LearnNova+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional learning activities and features inside the app.

The subscription offered in the app is:

Length: 1 month

Price: The price displayed in the App Store and confirmed by Apple at the time of purchase.

Free Trial: 7 days, when available

If you start a free trial, your Apple Account will be charged after the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.

Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.

4. Payments and Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. LearnNova Kids does not directly collect or store your payment information.

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or use Apple’s report a problem page.

5. Subscription Access

LearnNova+ features remain available while your subscription is active. If your subscription expires, is canceled, or cannot be renewed, access to LearnNova+ features may end.

We may update, add, remove, or change app features over time. We will not intentionally remove paid subscription access during an active subscription period without providing continued value or a reasonable replacement.

6. Privacy

Your privacy and children’s privacy matter to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand what information we collect, how it is used, and how we protect it.

7. Children’s Information

LearnNova Kids is designed for children and families. We do not knowingly sell children’s personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed, please contact us.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with the app’s operation, copy or modify the app, reverse engineer the app, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws.

9. Intellectual Property

LearnNova Kids, the LearnNova Kids name, Nova, app artwork, characters, graphics, sounds, text, and other content are owned by LearnNova Kids or used with permission. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, or use these materials outside the app without written permission.

10. Educational Use

LearnNova Kids is provided for educational and entertainment purposes. We do our best to create helpful learning activities, but we do not guarantee specific educational results.

11. Third-Party Services

LearnNova Kids uses Apple services, including the App Store and StoreKit, to process subscriptions and manage purchases. Your use of these Apple services is subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

Apps downloaded through the App Store are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement where applicable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
